From theatrical release campaigns to producing sales reels to overseeing creative strategy and media on awards campaigns, I’ve achieved winning results for over 25 years by collaborating with some of the best clients and producing and partnering with some of the strongest advertising, digital, media or publicity firms in the industry today.
After years as a writer and creative director at some of the top entertainment ad agencies in Los Angeles, I returned to my native New York as a Vice President, then an Executive Vice President of Marketing and Creative Affairs at Miramax, shaping the ad campaigns for such films as PULP FICTION, THE ENGLISH PATIENT, GANGS OF NEW YORK, FAHRENHEIT 9/11, CHICAGO, THE AVIATOR, NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN and others.
Now at MCMC, I fuse hands-on creative with marketing strategy and have consulted on theatrical or award campaigns for such films or limited series as THE KING’S SPEECH, THE JINX, LION, THE UPSIDE, THE AERONAUTS, and most recently Warner Bros.’ DUNE, winner of 6 Academy Awards, and Focus Features’ BELFAST, which was honored with 7 Oscar nominations. I also oversaw the creation of the key art for the Tony award-winning hit Broadway musical, DEAR EVEN HANSEN.
